Rocky Mountain 7-day Backpacking for 2SLGBTQ+ Youth

Do you identify as 2SLGBTQIA+ and/or a gender non-conforming youth? If so, this Rocky Mountain course is for you!

This backpacking adventure will take you alongside rivers, over mountain passes, and through alpine meadows – you may even see a rainbow or two along the way! After a long day full of activity, debrief with other 2SLGBTQIA+ folx while sitting around a campfire under the stars. Your instructors will help create a supportive space to learn technical and personal skills to help you thrive in your community, school, and workplace. This course will also provide a safe space to talk about and explore what it means to be a sexual and gender minority youth in Canada with peers from across the country. This unique course will unlock your true potential and help you realize that you are capable of more than you think.
