Rocky Mountains Mindfulness
Are you tired of the chaos of everyday life? Why not escape into the mountains?
Step into the serenity of the alpine and take the opportunity for reflection with the support of your experienced instructors. Your group will backpack through challenging and inspiring landscapes while learning mindfulness practices to help you take on any challenge life may throw your way. Your instructors will also lead you in daily yoga and meditation coaching.
