West Coast 14-day Ocean Canoeing and Backpacking

Come experience the wilderness of the West Coast of Canada on this 14-day expedition.

You’ll get a chance to learn some new skills and make some new friends while working together making memories that will last you a lifetime. Your journey begins learning the ultimate Canadian pastime of canoeing. You and your group will move through the islands and inlets of Clayoquot Sound, one of Canada’s eighteen UNESCO Biosphere Reserves, camping on white-sand beaches and in ancient rainforests, enjoying pristine west coast sunsets. If that’s not enough you’ll also have the opportunity to embrace the challenge of backpacking into the soaring peaks of Vancouver Island.

This world-renowned corner of Vancouver Island has been the traditional home of three Nuu-chah- nulth Nations, the Ahousaht the Hesquiaht and the Tla-o-qui-aht People for over 5000 years.
