Group Program Forms
All participants and chaperones are required to fill out Outward Bound Canada’s registration forms before coming on course. You will receive an email from your school or group leader with a link to our online Registration Portal to complete the required intake forms for your upcoming program. The Admissions Department may be in contact with you if we require any additional information on your allergies, dietary needs or medical history in preparation for your program.
