PRE-NOTICE is hereby given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Outward Bound Canada (OBC) will be held in Toronto on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 5pm Eastern Daylight Time.
Member Representatives of OBC in good standing at the time of the meeting are entitled to vote.
The Annual General Meeting is being held for the following purposes:
- To consider and approve the minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting;
- To receive and adopt the annual reports from the Chair, Chief Executive Officer, Section Chairs, and others, as appropriate;
- To consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements for the 2025-2026 fiscal year;
- To appoint an auditor for the 2026-2027 fiscal year; and
- To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
Any members of the public who wish to attend virtually can attend by clicking HERE on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 5pm Eastern Daylight Time.
If you would like to submit a question to be answered at the AGM, please submit it at least 48 hours prior to Chris Willard at chris_willard@outwardbound.ca. Please note that not all questions can be addressed at the meeting, depending on volume and timing. However, an email response will be provided as a follow-up.
