Commemorating National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

National Day for Truth and Reconciliation recognizes the tragic history of residential schools and honours the children who never made it home, survivors of residential schools, and the families and communities affected by this injustice. For some, this is a day to reflect on how we can commit to reconciliation on an ongoing basis and deepen our understanding of our shared history. For others, it is a day to grieve and heal.

We’ve compiled a list of some of the events happening across the country to commemorate the day. If you know of an event happening in your community, please email us at marketing@outwardbound.ca so we can add it to the list.
